Experience:

A retired U.S. Navy commander, Desley's military career was vast and varied. Her duties included serving as an instructor to serving on the major staffs of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Secretary of the Navy, and the Secretary of Defense.  As a Program Manager working with multiple contractors and service branches, Desley overseen many multi-million dollar projects that started as concepts in the study stage through to implementation in the field.

Desley possesses degrees in English, International Studies, as well as Strategic Planning and Decision Making.

Desley is a Certified Success Coach through Success Unlimited Network, a Certified Retirement Coach, and completed a program with DASH Coaching Systems. As a full-time, Certified Success Coach for several years, Desley has been working with individuals and business clients to help them realize their fullest potential.  She has delivered and conducted numerous speeches and seminars on coaching areas such as Life Purpose, Career Transition, Balanced Living Time Management, Goal Setting and Achievement.  Desley has served as key note speaker for several large conferences and events.
